We’re excited to share a first look at a new add-on in our simulation ecosystem: TCAS for VR-Forces.

This upcoming module embeds our proven TCAS II (RTCA DO-185B) simulation directly into MAK Technologies’ VR-Forces, giving VR-Forces aircraft the ability to detect each other through Mode S presence and respond to Traffic Alerts and Resolution Advisories with realistic, standards-based behaviour.

🌟𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
Modern airspace training demands more than basic deconfliction logic. With TCAS for VR-Forces, users can:
🔹 Inject true airspace risk into tactical and training scenarios
🔹 Exercise pilot and controller responses to coordinated Traffic Advisories and Resolution Advisories
🔹 Train with mixed systems — VR-Forces native entities and external flight simulators operating together
🔹 Improve realism in congested airspace, RPAS integration, formation operations, and multi-ship missions
🔹 Strengthen safety training using behaviour aligned with how certified systems work in the real world

This is a big step toward making simulated airspace behave like actual airspace.
